Reception is available until 5 PM. For help arranging a visit, call or text (928) 235-4590. Last soaking appointments start at 7 PM indoors and 5 PM outdoors.
Before You Book
1. Are the indoor mineral soaking tubs private, and do I need a swimsuit?
Yes. Our indoor mineral soaking tubs are reserved privately for you or your party. Swimsuits are optional for indoor soaking. Swimsuits are required in the outdoor pond and hot tubs area.
2. What is provided during my visit?
Each guest is provided with a towel and drinking water. You are also welcome to bring your own reusable water bottle or insulated flask.
3. Can every experience be booked online?
Many appointments can be booked online. Couples, group, and some specialty reservations may require assistance from our staff. If the experience you want does not appear online, please call us at (928) 235-4590.

5. Are children allowed in the outdoor pond and hot tubs area?
Guests must be 12 years or older to use the outdoor pond and hot tubs area.
